01 / What I build
Six projects, each with a public product requirements document: the problem, the users, the requirements, the architecture and my role.
Three products are live with real users: EuclidPRO.ai, DailyToolNest and SKDC.
Secura Eyes Informatics · 2024 – present
Custom software platform built on skeleton_foundation: digital transformation, audited AI agents and applied intelligence. Its Field Operations module is live and in use by an HSE team of 35 users across 350+ locations.
Free, no-account PDF, image, data and date tools (19 of them). Sensitive mode runs entirely in the browser with WebAssembly on an isolated origin, and you can verify that nothing is uploaded. Normal mode uses an encrypted, sandboxed server that deletes files within 15 minutes.
Clinic operations PWA for a multi-doctor chamber: scheduling, live token queue, patient records and vitals, cash and UPI payments, revenue sharing, doctor settlements, dashboards and CSV, Excel and PDF reports. Passkeys, field-level financial privacy and self-hosted deployment.

Self-installing multi-tenant SaaS foundation for one Linux server: schema-per-tenant PostgreSQL with forced row-level security, an operator console and encrypted backups. EuclidPRO.ai runs on it.
Mowasalat (Karwa) depot operations · 2025
One-click Windows tool that turns crew-board PDFs into shift data. It cut a multi-hour, error-prone re-keying task to minutes per shift.

I build AI products and the software around them, from architecture to deployment.
As Head of AI, Product and Technology at Secura Eyes Informatics, I lead EuclidPRO.ai, a modular, self-hosted platform. It runs on skeleton_foundation, an open-source multi-tenant SaaS base I wrote, with schema-per-tenant PostgreSQL, row-level security, an operator console and encrypted backups. The first live module is a self-hosted map of Qatar with automatic routing, route reports, navigation and a field app for data capture and tracking. An HSE team of 35 users uses it across 350+ locations.
I built the first version solo and now lead a team of three: a full-stack developer, a cybersecurity specialist and a software engineer. On the AI side, I choose models through measured evaluation: schema validation, latency and time-to-first-token, failure analysis, LLM-as-judge scoring and expert review. Human approval stays in the loop before anything is published. I also built ARconvo, an offline Arabic–English speech translator that runs on a PC, using Faster-Whisper and local models. Alongside EuclidPRO.ai, I've shipped DailyToolNest, a privacy-first file-tools site where sensitive files never leave the browser, and SKDC, a clinic operations app a multi-doctor chamber runs on every day.
My background is 13+ years running safety and operations in public transport, metro construction and infrastructure in Qatar and India. Most recently that covers 10,000+ personnel and 7 depots at Mowasalat. That is where I learned what frontline teams need. I move between executive discussion, operational discovery, product strategy, architecture, hands-on development, governance, delivery and user enablement.
